The canteen is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday for lunch orders. Various other items can be purchased during this time.
The preferred method for canteen orders is through Qkr! (pronounced ‘quicker’) which is an APP that can be downloaded via the APP Store or Google Play and enables the user to order and pay for a variety of school canteen items securely. This alleviates the need to bring correct cash to school and allows you to order at a time and place that suits you. With Qkr! you’ll receive your receipts on the app and have the option to receive them via email. It’s quick and easy, and once set up takes a short amount of time to make purchases at the click of a button.
Alternatively, you may order your child’s lunch through the canteen, simply fill out a lunch order bag (available to purchase at the front office) with student’s name and class and the items you wish to order along with payment and place in the allocated classroom lunch box at the start of the day. The prepared lunch and any owing change will return to your child’s class at lunchtime. Please remember to clearly indicate if a student has any allergies we need to be made aware of.
We are always looking for extra help in the canteen. If you are interested in donating your time we would gladly appreciate it. We have some very agreeable parents who volunteer in the canteen presently, who are never short on friendly chatter. It is a great way to meet some new people and to get to know the students. So, if you have an hour spare please consider contacting the canteen, we would really love to meet you!
