Enrolling your child at Golden Grove Lutheran Primary School is easy!

You are welcome to scan and return the form to [email protected] or via post to PO Box 1371, Golden Grove, SA, 5125.
Due to the high number of enrolment enquiries received, we recommend submitting your Enrolment Application at least two – three years prior to your child’s commencement at school.
Please submit the following documents with your Application:
- A copy of your child’s Birth Certificate or Passport.
- A copy of your child’s latest school report (not applicable for Foundation enrolments).
Where applicable, we also require:
- Special Needs documentation, eg reports, action plans, assessments.
- A copy of any Family Court or Parenting Orders.
